Forensic Studies
Bay Path is preparing me for a career in forensic studies I know I will love. I have always had an interest in investigations, and now I’m gaining the knowledge and skills I need to collect crime scene evidence and present it at court. Every course and program at Bay Path compels me to do more, and it is through the College’s offerings that I have also found a passion for writing and photography.
As a student, I discovered just how therapeutic writing can be when you recount your personal journey. My love of writing has only grown with my enrollment in best-selling author Suzanne Strempek Shea’s creative writing course. When I signed up for the inaugural One America trip, my peers soon discovered my gift for photography, and I was selected as the road trip’s official photographer. What opportunities to build and broaden my portfolio of work!
Everyone on campus encourages you to dream big and aim high! Today, I’m well on my way to accomplishing all of my goals.
Cammy is currently preparing her memoir manuscript detailing the struggles she faced as a teenager growing up in rural New England for submission to publishers. She continues to pursue her passion for photography, while completing her senior year at Bay Path.
