First Year Admission Requirements

Bay Path University seeks to enroll students who enjoy a challenge and who want to expand their horizons.

Bay Path University offers Rolling Admissions

Early Action Admission Application Deadline: December 15th

Students must be enrolled in a solid college preparatory curriculum and complete at least:

4 years of English
3 years of math including algebra 1 and 2 and geometry (or equivalent)
3 years of history or social science
2 to 3 of science with a lab depending on your major

Although not required, we recommend that students also complete at least:

2 years of a foreign language
Speech or public speaking classes
Statistics

Admission Requirements:

Completed application: Paper, Online, or Common Application
Official high school transcript from an accredited school or high school equivalency certificate (G.E.D., HiSET or TASC)

Recommendations from teachers or high school counselors

Essay Options (select one):

Question #1 - Tell us about a significant experience, accomplishment or risk that you have taken, and its impact on you.
Question #2 - Tell us about the inspiration behind choosing your major of interest.

Additional information may be required prior to enrollment for select majors. All Honors, Women in business honors (wiBH), women in stem honors (WiSH) students wishing to enroll in these programs must supply SAT or ACT scores as part of the application process.

Admissions Appeals

Applicants wishing to appeal an admission decision should submit the appeal in writing to: Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Bay Path University, 588 Longmeadow Street, Longmeadow, MA 01106. Included with the written appeal should be documentation to support the reasons for the appeal.
