Erica Gadek, PhD, BCBA-D®, LABA (MA), LBA (CT)
Dr. Erica Gadek is a distinguished behavior analyst with a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her doctoral research focused on developing behavior analytic strategies for online instruction aimed at addressing procrastination among graduate-level students. With over 15 years of extensive clinical experience, Dr. Gadek specializes in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum across various stages, from early intervention to young adult transitions. She is licensed as a behavior analyst in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. In her role as Clinical Director, Dr. Gadek oversees the work of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in diverse settings, including home, school, and community environments. Her passion for behavior analysis is reflected in her dedication to advancing the field and educating others about its principles and applications.
