Paul has worked as a licensed clinician since 1992 and currently serves as a Vice President of Service Operations for the Brien Center in Berkshire County. He has worked in outpatient community mental health centers providing therapy and testing services, correctional settings as a clinician, worked as a neuropsychology manager in a physical rehabilitation hospital, been a mobile crisis director for a 12 county area in Tennessee, and has served in various management roles for national behavioral healthcare residential programs serving SED and autism populations.
