Peter A. Testori, EdD, Associate Vice President for Academic Resources and Residential Life/Student Engagement, Title IX Coordinator, and Assistant Professor of Higher Education, has been a member of the Bay Path University community since 2010. In his role, he oversees a comprehensive network of academic and student support services, ensuring that students at every level and learning modality have access to the tools and resources necessary for their success. His leadership spans library services, academic support, accessibility services, residential life, and student engagement.

Dr. Testori serves as Bay Path’s Title IX Coordinator and has been actively involved in initiatives that foster an inclusive and supportive campus environment. He has advised student organizations aimed at providing students with leadership opportunities and a greater voice in shaping their college experience. Additionally, he serves on the university’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) and is the past chair of the Academic Integrity Committee and Faculty Professional Development Committee.

With a deep commitment to student development and institutional excellence, Dr. Testori holds a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in counseling, specializing in student development and higher education, from Central Connecticut State University. He also earned a graduate certificate in instructional design and technology from UMass Boston.

Dr. Testori is an engaged leader in higher education and the broader community. He is a member and past Fellow of the American Conference of Academic Deans (ACAD) and has served as chair of the board of directors for Square One, a Springfield-based nonprofit dedicated to providing early education, care, and family support services. He also serves on the board of Link to Libraries, a nonprofit committed to enhancing childhood literacy by providing books to students and schools in need.
