Dr. Sharon Olson has had a career background for over 20 years in Quality Management and Governance, Information Technology, and Knowledge Management and is transitioning towards Data Analytics for her new venture.

Dr. Sharon is certified in ITIL Foundations and Lean Six Sigma practices, and brings a
special passion to her students on how knowledge leads to success. She has
many interests in her personal life, including various artistic crafts, creative science
fiction writing, and driving classic American cars. She is also the co‐owner of ‘A
Touch of Country’ crafts business and loves meeting people at the shows.
