Theresa Riethle, MS, PA-C
Theresa Riethle joined the Bay Path University's Physician Assistant Studies Program as a founding faculty member in June 2010. She currently serves as Program Director and Associate Professor for the PA program.
Prior to joining Bay Path University, Professor Riethle served as the Coordinator of Clinical Education for Springfield College's PA Program and as Assistant Program Director at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences PA Program.
Prior to a career in education, she worked clinically as a PA in surgery and surgical sub-specialties and also as a clinical researcher in the areas of prenatal genetics and heart attack intervention. Currently she maintains clinical practice at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Professor Riethle serves as a Chair of the PACKRAT Committee, a national benchmark mock PA board examination. She has multiple publications, has presented at local, state and national conferences and is a contributing author to two review books, Classroom to Clinic and Physician Assistant Review.
Professor Riethle teaches in clinical medicine, patient assessment, therapeutics and also assists in the clinical curriculum. Her areas of interest are applicant assessment, academic law, simulation experiences and inter-professional training.
