Tony Pellegrino, MPAS, MBA, EdM, PA-C
Tony brings thirty-five years of experience in emergency medical services, biomedical engineering, emergency medicine, and academic medicine to Bay Path. Prior to returning to Bay Path in 2024, Tony was a founding faculty member of the Bay Path PA program. Additionally, he has been part of the founding faculties at Tufts University and MCPHS Worcester PA programs. He has held various positions in the medical device industry as a program manager and product manager developing cardiac defibrillators and a field paramedic and vice president of a regional ambulance company.
Since graduating from PA school, Tony has worked as an emergency medicine PA, addiction medicine PA, and hospital medicine PA. Tony holds a BS from the Florida Institute of Technology, MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from MCPHS University, and EdM from Boston University. Tony was awarded First Honors Graduate of his PA class. He has published articles on emergency medicine in Emergency Medical Services Magazine, PA educational experiences in the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, several poster presentations, and served as an editor of a PA PANCE review text. He is a retired member of the MA1 DMAT team (disaster response) based at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
