Trecia Arrington is the Vice President of Marketing/Business Development for a financial institution headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ms. Arrington has been a successful financial services professional for 18 years. Her responsibilities include developing and directing numerous projects and programs. Ms. Arrington's proven results in execution of strategic vision and contract negotiations have been instrumental to the success of numerous departments and organizations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Executive Business Management and an MBA from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA. She is a member and active participant in various local, state, and national professional business networks and committees and has served on the Board of Trustees for Bay Path University and the Board of Directors for The Holy Tabernacle Church located in West Hartford, CT.
