2. Have official copies of prior college transcripts sent directly to Bay Path University, The American Women's College, 588 Longmeadow Street, Longmeadow, MA 01106 or sent electronically to transcripts@online.baypath.edu
3. Provide a copy of your BLS Card.
4. Provide proof of RN licensure and copy of your CPR card.
