MA Guarantee

The MA Guarantee is a transfer partnership between MA community colleges and participating four-year colleges and universities. Eligible community college graduates are able to transfer seamlessly - admission guaranteed!

Bay Path University is proud to participate in the MA Guarantee. 



Eligibility requirements

  • An associate degree from a MA community college
  • GPA of 2.0 or higher - BPU's minimum GPA requirement is a 2.0, lower than the 2.5 GPA that the MA Guarantee uses as its threshold

The following Bay Path majors are eligible for the MA Guarantee of accepting 60 transfer credits from an Associate's Degree:

Because of their academic degree requirements, the following undergraduate degree programs cannot offer the guarantee of accepting all 60 credits of all Massachusetts community colleges' associate degrees. However, these degree programs are aligned with the Mass Transfer general educational foundational core curriculum, to optimize transferability of your courses from community colleges:

Transfer Achievement Award $1,500 Intended for First-Generation College Students

Financial Aid Deadlines

After submitting your admission application, you must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to determine your aid eligibility. The University will receive your information directly from FAFSA. The Bay Path University school code is 002122.
