Here Comes the Judge: Carolyn McCaffrey

Carolyn graduated from Bay Path as an accounting major. She never planned to be a lawyer, but after landing a position as a bookkeeper in a large area law firm, Carolyn took a different path. Acting on the advice from a lawyer in the practice, Carolyn set her sights on law school. After earning her law degree in 2000 from Western New England University School of Law, Carolyn went on to join a law firm and, in time, she hung her own shingle outside the door. Today, Carolyn still has her own practice, but she now also sits on the bench and is the probate judge for the North Central Connecticut Probate Court.
