An Overview of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Drawing from her experience and expertise, Dr. Maynard Batcheller will delve into the intricacies of PACE and discuss how it helps the aging population remain in the community. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A for healthcare providers, caregivers, and other interested parties.

About Our Presenter
Dr. Jennifer Maynard Batcheller is the Executive Director of the MassPACE Association, a non-profit 501(c)(6) serving and supporting the Massachusetts PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organizations to advance and grow their healthcare membership and access to the program for eligible individuals.
Previously, Jenn served as Clinical Site Director at Fallon Health’s PACE program, Summit Eldercare. Her tenure also includes pivotal roles within the state’s Medicaid system, MassHealth, where she launched and oversaw compliance and program operations for One Care, Managed Care, and Accountable Care Organizations.
Jenn is passionate about integrated care and committed to advancing cultural competence and health equity. As a Registered Nurse, Jenn's clinical practice primarily focused on in-home care, fostering independence and well-being for her patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
In 2024, Dr. Maynard Batcheller completed her Doctor of Health Science in Organizational Excellence in Healthcare and earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Bay Path University. Her doctoral project focused on the outcomes associated with PACE for nursing home-eligible seniors living in community settings.
