Dr. Reena Lichtenfeld

Vice President of Recruitment Consulting at Ruffalo Noel-Levitz, Dr. Lichtenfeld boasts over 20 years in higher education administration. Specializing in graduate, undergraduate, and online admissions, she excels in strategic recruitment, enrollment management, and compliance. Formerly the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College, she pioneered data-driven strategies that significantly boosted enrollment rates across 18 professional programs. As the Executive Director of Admissions Services for Laureate Education, she led transformative initiatives in a vast multi-national setting, including launching a new institution recognized by Australia's Ministry of Education. Dr. Lichtenfeld's leadership is marked by innovation, collaboration, and a solution-focused approach. Holding a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Walden University, she's also a certified CliftonStrengths Coach, DISC certified, and has credentials in DEI, Digital Marketing, and Accountability with Care.
