Student-athletes receive multiple Awards from USCAA DI Softball

The USCAA recently announced its National Awards for DI Softball. Bay Path University took home many awards honoring its student-athletes in the classroom, campus, community, and on the field.

These honors were presented and earned in the following areas: USCAA DI All-Academic Team and USCAA DI All-American Teams.

Twelve student-athletes were recognized for their accomplishments during the ceremony.


Madison Sunderland '27
Hometown: Ludlow, MA

Madison is studying Medical Science. As a freshman, she was named to the All-American First Team, the first Bay Path Softball athlete to earn this honor! 

Caroline Austin '26
Hometown: West Hartford, CT

Caroline is majoring in digital media arts and film. She is the sophomore captain and has made the All-American Second Team for the second time.

Emma Scheeren '24
Hometown: Schaghticoke, NY

Emma graduated this month with a BA in psychology. She is a senior captain and made the All-American Second and All-Academic Teams. To make the All-Academic Team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Taylor Suffoletto '24
Hometown: Warwick, RI

Taylor graduated this month with a BA in psychology. She is a senior captain and made the All-American Second Team for the second year. In addition, Taylor made the All-Academic team. In order to make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Carissa Church '26
Hometown: Pawcatuck, CT

Carissa is studying medical science and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Alyssa Colangelo '26
Hometown: Waterbury, CT

Alyssa is currently studying elementary education and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Isabella Ferrara '26
Hometown: Hampden, MA

Belle is currently studying elementary education and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Ansley Morrison '25
Hometown: Burlington, NJ

Ansley is studying psychology with a minor in sociology and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Grace Ramsey '26
Hometown: Ault, CO

Grace is studying biology with a minor in business and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Kylie Silks '25
Hometown: Littleton, MA

Kylie is studying forensic science and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Hometown: Cromwell, CT

Madison is studying early childhood education and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.

Hometown: East Hartford, CT

Madi is studying marketing with minors in psychology and digital media arts & film and was named to the All-Academic Team. To make this team, you must be a sophomore or above with a GPA greater than 3.5.
