Bay Path University announces speakers for 26th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference, “Ignite”
Longmeadow, MA— Bay Path University is excited to announce its speaker lineup for the 26th Women’s Leadership Conference (WLC), “Ignite,” taking place on April 6, 2023 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The event will be headlined by author, entrepreneur, Emmy award-winner, and “Good Morning America” co-host Robin Roberts. Joining Roberts on the WLC main stage are author, speaker, and workplace culture expert, Betsy Allen-Manning, who will open the day as the morning speaker, and Peloton instructor, Nike athlete, and New York Times best-selling author Tunde Oyeneyin, who will present at lunchtime.
This year’s WLC theme, “Ignite'' builds upon conversations from 2022’s “REimagine,” inspiring conference guests to embrace boldness and take action as they step into the next phase of their personal and professional lives.
“We have an amazing lineup of speakers this year, women who had big dreams and were able to take the actionable steps toward making them realities,” shared Bay Path University president Sandra Doran. “The WLC has always been a day to inspire and motivate attendees, whether they’re students getting a sense of the professional world, or experienced managers exploring new opportunities, weighing retention strategies, or contemplating work-life balance. We pack a lot into this event!”
Betsy Allen-Manning is the founder of Corporate Culture Training Solutions, a company specializing in improving workplace culture and developing ‘ready-now leaders,’ those who can attract, engage, motivate, and retain talent in a hyper-competitive marketplace. Oyeneyin’s work has been featured on The TODAY SHOW, Access Live, The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Vogue, SHAPE, O Magazine, and more, and thousands of people throughout the world ride with her daily.
